Shipping & Returns

The delivery times of our products in the peninsula and in Portugal are 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The delivery is made through Seur during the day following its processing.

The delivery times indicated are indicative. In the event that there is any breakage of stock or punctual unavailability of an article veterinariasanfroilan.com will contact you immediately to notify you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to serve said product, proceed to its cancellation. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the client to demand compensation.
The form of payment on delivery entails a commission by the agency of 3% of the amount to be reimbursed. This commission will be a minimum of € 3.89 and a maximum of € 30.

Satisfaction or return

If the customer is not satisfied with your product, the maximum period to request the return is stipulated in 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order. In this case the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.

Before making such a return, the customer must contact our sales department within the indicated period through e-mail info@veterinariasanfroilan.com, telephone 685168707 where we will indicate how to proceed with the return. No refund will be made that has not been previously communicated.

To be able to admit the return the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as keep all its accessories and original documentation. The item to be returned must be properly packed for return.

IMPORTANT:

veterinariasanfroilan.com will not refund the amount or make any forwarding of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item subject to the return or exchange has been verified.

The price to be returned is the one originally included in the order and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.

Defective product of origin:

Once veterinariaanfroilan.com receives the defective product, it will send another one. In this case the change will always be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be billed, taking care of mydomain.com of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make a change for another item, the return and new shipping costs will not be borne by veterinariasanfroilan.com.

Product that, by mistake, does not respond to the order:

veterinariasanfroilan.com will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the corresponding to the order placed.

In case it is a gift:

It can be changed if the product has not been opened and is in perfect condition. The purchase amount will never be refunded but the exchange can be made for an item of the same amount or higher. Shipping costs, and the price difference if any, will be borne by the person making the change.
